Quotations

Quoted works are usually valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. Written confirmation by email, text message or WhatsApp should be provided before work is booked. Any extra work requested after a quote is accepted may require an updated cost and written confirmation.

Deposits

The old terms used deposit bands for larger works. Confirm the current deposit policy before launch and keep it visible on quotes where relevant.

Customer information and access

Customers should provide accurate contact details, property information and access arrangements. Missed appointments or failed access may affect scheduling and costs.

Cancellations and missed appointments

The previous terms asked for written notice before cancelling booked works. Confirm the latest cancellation policy before publishing this page.

Site safety

Work areas must be safe and accessible. GSD Electrical may pause or decline work where the site is not safe to attend or complete the agreed electrical work.

Photos and completed work

The old terms allowed photos of completed work to be used for website or social media purposes while excluding private details. Customers should be able to opt out in writing before completion.

Payments, warranty and complaints

Payment terms, late payment handling, faulty product warranty and complaints procedures should be confirmed in the final approved terms before launch.
